…showed last 75 words of 901 total…about the working environment at the Glotz factory and the satellite factory, her intentions were not vile. She did what she thought was her moral duty. However in my opinion, instead of terminating her services, the management should ensure that she is placed at a position, which does not require so much responsibility and contact with other firms because she lacks discretion, which in other terms can prove to be detrimental to the company.
