Capital Punishment, better known as the Death Penalty, has been practiced since the beginning of time. The Bible says, “Whosoever sheds man’s blood, by man his blood may be shed. (Genesis 9:6) So, why do we not rape a rapist,burn down an arsonist’s house, blind the peeping toms, or mutilate those who have mutilated? Isn’t this more in line with the eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth concept?
