have so much trouble enforcing this law, is due to technology. This law is very easy to

strict. This can be done by allowing people to copy software unless there is a written
contract such that of computer programs. This law if a hard law to enforce in that in only
take a few minutes to copy a program, song or CD. This law is not getting anywhere
spectacular, which is making and basically allowing people to copy even though there are
copy right laws.
