Being ambitious is usually a good trait to have. But some people pursue malicious ambitions. In fact, in some cases it can have a person killed. That deception is demonstrated in the play Julius Caesar, written by William Shakespeare. In Caesar’s case, being the ambitious ruler of Rome was a dangerous situation which proved fatal. His ambition had him murdered by the people under his very rule. Marcus Brutus

Caesar may have been known and honored just after the defeat of Pompey, but soon that would all be erased from the minds of Rome’s people. Ambition can change everything if it’s not put to good use. Brutus was needed to follow through in the execution of Julius Caesar.
