assist with my studies on ORG A teamwork theories, I brought several copies of the team process effectiveness survey to the manager meeting on last Wednesday and had each manager fill out the survey and found the average score to be 4.66. This really goes to show how effective the group can be in contributing to the attainment of company goals when it consists of competent, motivated, well trained and diverse individuals working as a team.
