To the northwest of the river basin of Mexico the valley of Teotihuacán delimited to the north by the Fat Hill is opened before us, to the south by Patlachique, the east by the level ones of Apam and it extends towards the west on the same river basin.
The formation of the valley, like the rest of the river basin, is of volcanic origin, reason for which the lava outcrops are common.
