Another bird moved out to the coast at Marina del Rey. Local citizens couldn't believe their eyes. They looked up to see peregrines chasing pigeons down Wilshire Boulevard!         Naturalists still have their fingers crossed. So far, the news is good. The peregrine falcon is coming back from extinction!
