Chapter 11 starts with Odysseus and his comrades in the city of the Cimmerians. Here Eirce tells them to sacrifice the lambs for their blood to go to Hades. When Odysseus woke up he was devastated and Zeus sent the ship back to the monsters, here the monsters ate six of the men. Next they landed on Calypso's island; this is where chapter 12 ends.
