Overall the by viewing the two pieces and walking among the other pieces of art by these great impressionists I have found in myself a new appreciation for art. Monet’s Boat Basin at Argenteuil is by far more appealing to me. I do find less classical pieces more interesting; there is more activity and more disruption. Unlike Boudin’s piece which is very calm and relative to that of many classical works.
