A majority of 21-year-olds on the other hand, have so much going for themselves with college and jobs, that they show a higher maturity level because they appear to be more focused on what they are capable of and what they hope to accomplish with their lives. By being more grown-up and aware of the issue, they can prevent many accidents that most teenagers may commit.
