<Tab/>Costa Rica is one of many lucky countries to be under a very committed rule. The part most people would not know is that there are two vice presidents, which doesn't seem like a bad idea. I would say that the government seems able to withstand anything. As you can see, Costa Rica is warm, sunny, and a great country in everyway.
