I'm convinced that any types of knowledge claims, such as an expression of truth, of opinion, or of propaganda can are all still be referred to as knowledge. Clearly, truth is based on reason and logical thinking, opinion is just a personal belief, and propaganda a belief used as a tool to manipulate.
