Supernatural and Macbeth
In the Shakespeare play “Macbeth,” one of the themes is very evident. That Theme being that the supernatural has an effect on human nature. Some of the supernatural in Macbeth includes witches, apparitions, and ghosts. The supernatural had an affect on Macbeth making him a greedy, evil tyrant.
Macbeth’s first encounter with the supernatural is when he meets the three witches in act one, scene three. The three witches give Macbeth prophecies: “All hail,

because of the promise of more to come in the witches prophecies, this greed even gave him the willingness to kill. The fact that he killed the King, a man he was supposed to protect, and his best friend, Banqou meant that he had truly turned evil. And with his new found confidence he became a tyrant. Therefor because of the supernatural Macbeth went form a Nobel, Loyal, war hero to a evil, greedy tyrant.
