For example if the President would like to make some laws that he thinks are good for the people he wouldn't be allowed to do that because Legislative Branch would have to decide on it first, and also Judiciary branch could say that it was unconstitutional. To prevent abuse of power, this type of government should continue to function or the corruption will take place.
