The music he selected helped for the enjoyment of the film, slow, romantic and pop. Enjoyment is increased when Romeo takes the drugs because he goes to the party out of it and the camera shots help us see that. When the Montagues and Capulets fight, it is a gunfight and it is exciting and adds enjoyment to the film.
