Therapy is a tricky thing. It is tricky, expensive, and all types are not suited for all persons, as evident by the many forms of therapy being offered. As for myself, I believe that I would be much better suited to a Rogerian type of therapy rather than a Jungian type. How one feels about self, others, and humanity in general will greatly affect the type of therapy that will have an affect upon him/her and how satisfying the therapy program will be.
