have been changed to a full life imprisonment in a maximum-security prison. On top of this there would have been a court appointed psychologist to meet with him every week. The benefit of the psychologist over a psychiatrist is that Chase would have had no access to prescription drugs and we would be able to find out more about the mind of this killer in order to prevent such a thing from ever happening again.
