It is something that everyone has done and everyone has wanted to do. Revenge corrupts people’s minds trying to persuade them to do things that are unethical in order for one’s own benefit. they are unjustly prosecuted and sentenced to death. One may deceive this as a downright shook, but Arthur Miller makes sure to make it very deliberate. The author seems to capitalize on these strong characters pride and dwindle it through the feverish matter that the unjust characters go about. Through various manners in The Crucible, the Putnam’s, Reverend Parris and Abigail seek sheer vengeance out which helps illustrate the concept of revenge over justice.
