child, when I would misbehave I got punished. The interaction with my mother through punishment taught me not to do it again. I believe this concept has the same effect in a classroom.
Both “banking” and “problem-posing” concepts have the capability to educate students, but the “problem-posing” concept seems to work best for me. If society took a deeper look into the concept of teaching, I believe students could get more out of a classroom.
