forward advert, which worked wonders, there was no sound over the top of this and is aimed at true fans of Nintendo which is the companies main target audience.
Nintendo’s marketing strategies were very cleaver for the release of their new console; being the only original console maker left they used their heritage to their advantage. All the poster and magazine campaigns where very normal and plain. Nintendo where about games and nothing else.
