George Orwell's 1984 is a thrilling, interesting, and very philosophical book that generates thinking during and after reading. His ideas are presented well, other than a few complexity issues, and clearly demonstrate the themes that he was trying to impose. Being in the midst of our technically advanced society the plot stands out as realistic, which creates the essential mood that a well-written book needs.
