could possibly be abstract and concrete. I depends in what context it is used. One example from the interview would be when I said I like the Soprano’s. This was a concrete word because it specifically answered the question.
During the interview many of the characteristics of nonverbal communication were used and developed whether we noticed it or not. Therefore I must conclude that many of these characteristics are always used with nonverbal communication.
