…showed last 75 words of 613 total…minutes is said to be enough but I’ll probably go 10 to 15 minutes just because I’m unsure of the affect of threshold training. Threshold training is mostly for distance running because the tempo never changes. Out of season- try workout that is fun and interesting to athletes, I mean maybe so competitive workout when lifting is fun. Anything you do there should be fun involved.
