Crow Laws seem to be out of the picture, there are still jobs, schools, and businesses that appear to be open only to one race. There are still white people who will always view a certain black friend as their special friend, but view others as a “stray nigger” as Zora stated. One day I hope we all can be looked at as equal and then the light can shine on us all.
