showed last 75 words of 510 total…Aegeus with no punishment whatsoever. This play was obviously a tragedy and I found myself angry at the outcome when Medea was allowed safe travel away from her troubles. I would expect that any tragedy would have ended with the death of the character afflicted with the most problems. However, Medea is allowed to live peacefully as she may with King Aegeus in his kingdom. There is no justice for her sons or for Jason.
