Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is a diagram that explains in great detail, every level of a persons needs. These needs are true for everyone. They may be used to better understand someone and may be incorporated into any situation. I will attempt to incorporate Maslow’s findings into my business ethics program. is the highest need for self-actualization. This level of actualization is only received by the seller through the mastery of salesmanship. This requires a great product, excellent customer service, and a continued, valuable relationship between buyer and seller.
All of these levels may be achieved and many are needed for success. A seller should try to achieve each goal on a personal level because each person or seller has his own personal definition of success.
