For this assignment I will be discussing Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory and McGregor’s Theory X and Theory Y. To begin with, Maslow developed his Hierarchy Theory over a period of many years during the mid twentieth century. Maslow’s levels included:

McGregor’s theory is to broad to be tested I find it very interesting in relation to the organization. Everyone is going to have a boss at some point in their life if not throughout their life, the question is what kind of boss are you going to have/and or be and what kind of relation will evoke from that experience.
