A leadership is someone that does different things and other people are following you. For example, if you start to talk about people behind their backs, other friends follow your example because they think that you are cool, so they want to be cool too. For example, I offer to help my friends with their homework if they need help, I volunteer at Pennsylvania Hospital by helping the workers organize their folders and do whatever they ask me to do.
