Unionization, though chaotic at times, kept the needed distinction between laborers and capitalists, and helped to shape today’s labor morale and legislations. Although society continues to battle against itself for an increase in labor rights, the democracy for which it stands will only encourage more change. In factories today, the new technology of computers, for precision and efficiency, may just be the next Industrial Revolution.
