In the essay “Playing God: Has Science Gone Too Far?” Jeff Lyon talks about ethical and moral issues of human cloning, gene therapy, and stem cell research. His article reports many opinions of people which also include representatives of a few major religions. Many of the opinions gave answers to the question of whether it is right for scientists to take control of human beings lives and change the way they were created.

One believes that scientists should not clone human because they are going against what God had in mind for them while another believes that human have the right to make choices and have control over their lives. We should also give others a chance to be born into the world instead of trying to create artificial human beings. Humans are said to be created by and act love and not by the used of chemistry.
