Athens and Sparta definitely varied when it came to the way both cities were ruled and the way the two different peoples lived and were treated. Athens’ government was mostly based on the equality of all people, and everyone was treated equally and ruled by a democracy. In Sparta the government was completely different. because of how strong and straight forward it was as a city-state.
In the end, I would prefer to live in Sparta than in Athens because it would be a much better, and healthier way to live. Why live in a city like Athens that is not as respectful towards women, not as strong and powerful, and definitely not providing a better way of life as Sparta, which does all of these things and more?
