In western countries, or more developed countries the motivation for corruption could be political first, or cultural first. I chose probably the worst-case scenario, but simply because I understood it better. I think. Anyway, the question remains, is there a solution? However difficult may be, I believe it is, hopefully in part two of my project we can bring some light at the end of the tunnel.
