In the movie Hamlet there is a great contrast in moods. Hamlet is very depressed, while his parents are extremely happy. Hamlet shows his depression in different ways. Hamlet there is a unmarked mood in the play. Hamlet has a lot of hatred for both of them, while they are happy and trying to start over. The moods crossover , but Hamlet’s hatred is much stronger. Another interaction is Hamlet staring from the top of the castle to the party below. He has a lot of darkness and mystery surrounding him. While through this window another mood pops through of happiness.
