Hamlet, written by William Shakespeare, had an inner conflict. The main character, Hamlet, struggled with the emotions involving his father's murder. The main theme in each story is the act of revenge upon the murderer of the characters' fathers. The theme is shown through the emotions and actions of the characters. These stories are great examples of a dilemma, and both have similarities and differences. The two are great stories to compare and contrast and will live on for years to come.
