and kills Laerties, and Claudius. He overlooks the forms of estrangement and his problems with the ghost. He was not sure if he could go through with it, but in the end he had to do what was right for the time. He probably was correct in waiting to get his revenge. If he would have acted too soon it could have been real bad for him. He not only got vengeance, he got justice.
