The Government of Canada tried to take $125 million dollars from Ontario taxpayers!? It
is true, supervisor Ron Mulchey proposed a $250 million dollar plan that would apparently
provide new healthcare to Henderson Hospital, Hamilton General Hospital, and McMaster
University Medical Centre. What the residents of Ontario did not know was that the plan would
cost taxpayers half of the money and new health care would not be provided. It was then that the

General Hospital, and McMaster University Medical Centre. Many residents
of Hamilton are asking themselves “So What? How did the rejection of the plan help me?” As
was mentioned before, the rejection of the plan saved taxpayers $125 million dollars, it
prevented the pointless, but expensive, hospital renovations, and it kept the very important burn
and trauma unit in Hamilton. Once again, the world was saved from a modern day superhero, a
hero who called himself Clark.
