In the first two sections of the Old Testament, Genesis and Exodus, you can plainly see the significant role that God plays in human history. I think that maybe I would have felt different if his role was always a positive one but I found that many times his role was a negative one, which didn’t always change things for the better. This is why I felt that his involvement was too much because the nature of it was not for the right reasons and it had major affects on human history.
