Simply said, Gilgamesh was amazing. Parts of the epic can be repetitive, but overall it is awesome. The constant repetition, like, the starved cheeks and face being drawn, is most likely used to emphasize important points in the plot. It is effective, yet after a while becomes to repetitive. All in all, I thought Gilgamesh was a very good story. Although at times it seemed to be long and drawn out, it was still a fantastic epic story about a man searching for answers in his life. I think this is true of all of us. Aren’t we all kind of searching for answers in life.
