I believe that the movie has enormous relevance for practicing managers. Management is basically a response to a stimulus of conflicting constraints. When the conflict is internal, it makes the job of a manager even harder. Usually, answers to such conflicting doubts need to be sought within rather than from the outside world. Any search for external deliverance only results in further confusion and chaos.
