Plus the many variables that have not been taken into consideration, such as the unstable oil prices, inflation dragging higher causing interest rates to rise or unstable foreign exchange.
Over all the economic growth projections of the 2003/2004 liberal budget clearly show where the 'glossy' governments priorities lie, and at what expense does the quick term, strong economic growth come at?
