With all the environmental and social problems we are suffering from right now, imagine the knock-on affects of a successful "Keep Britain tidy" campaign may have? It may stop neighbourhoods looking run down, therefore may stop further vandalism, thus increasing house prices and inspire people to maintain a state of pride in their individual space and should society get into the mindset of order and tidiness, maybe it would motivate further environmental nurturing.
