El Pollo Inka
I went to El Pollo Inka, on January 14, 2003, in Gardena. When I arrived outside of the Peruvian restaurant, I saw a big fire spit roasting some chickens in the window. Aztec Indian model statues where also displayed behind the window. Walking into the restaurant, I heard the pleasant sound of Hispanic music playing and saw the many Peruvian instrumental ornaments and pictures of Aztec or Indian buildings on the walls. The restaurant was slightly lighted

this dish very much because it was fun and tasty to try the different types of seafood swimming on my plate. The squid shocked me the most because I have never tried squid much. The interesting chewy texture was savory and delicious in my mouth. Overall, my experience at El Pollo Inka was fun and educational. The only thing I didn’t like about my dish was the French fries were slightly greasy and salty.
