Conclusion
In conclusion as observed by our group although similar but seen through the perspective of different eyes, the outcome of Observational Behavior was distinct to the job occupation of each member of the group. We, in the group, determine that the companies demographics will determine the strategic plan for the company. Gender is the driver that will need some extra emphasis in order to bring to equal levels.
