Now kids would not have good teachers, and the teachers would not really know anything, because they were not tested as students. Now if we did not have tests, then we would all be dumb, and have no idea what is happening. People would not know their I.Q. , or their mental abilities, and would think they are smart, but do not know a darn thing.
