…showed last 75 words of 1395 total…countless flashbacks of Biff complaining about his father. Biff then states that “He had the wrong dreams. All, all, wrong”(1467).
As you can see, Willy Loman is not a tragic character. Tragic characters tend to die heroically, but Willy obviously did not. “Willy Loman was a deluded salesman, whose vivid imagination is far greater than his sales ability”(Lee, 1). Thus, leading to his tragic downfall of his life, and resulting in a insignificant death.
