Before I begin summarizing the paper, I would like to, at least for myself, get my personal feelings toward the paper itself and to clear up what I think is meant by Daniel Dennett’s term intentional.

everything has an order to it, and it is all logical in the same way. The scientist Alexander Vilenkin believes that the universe is merely a small particle in a larger multiverse (collection of universes). In each universe the conditions are different. This theory suggests that Dennett is wrong, in that what he takes as existence is merely part of it. Perhaps they’re both right. Perhaps Each universe has its own God. Who knows.
