By reorienting the product mix, promotional expenditure, changes in the pay system and using the central information services department to fix the WAN problems the decisions were able to show an increase in sales for the store, employee satisfaction rose, headquarters was pleased with the overall results and budget expenditures did not completely wipe out the available cash. Lastly I focused on measures of success of the decisions.
