So O.J. is now playing golf somewhere in Florida while Michael Smartt is sitting a jail cell. I don't think Michael Smartt should be set free, but I feel that this example further proves that our legal system does serve the needs of the dominant class even though it is one of the most efficient legal systems in the world.
