falls back on what you were brought up with, and what you know. I was brought up with the notion that if I made a mistake, I should not make excuses. I should simply hold my head up high, admit and apologize. Once rudeness starts, there really isn’t a solution except be nice to others. I always tell myself, “tomorrow, I may need a favor from them, so today I will treat them good”.
