I usually do not like poetry because I think it is really hard to analyze, but I actually enjoyed reading “Cinderella.” I thought it was a very original poem because it was a complete alteration of the classic Cinderella story, and I never thought about the actual notion of happily ever after. I really liked the introductory stanza because they are written really similarly so they make the poem flow together nicely.
